Operations Manager – the West Parry Sound Health Centre Foundation
The Operations Manager is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the Foundation, ensuring that our fundraising, donor stewardship, events, Board of Directors, and administrative activities run smoothly and efficiently. Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will play a critical role in supporting a high-performing team and enabling the Foundation to meet and exceed its annual fundraising goals.

We are a dynamic hospital foundation dedicated to ensuring that every patient that needs care at the West Parry Sound Health Centre can trust that their health care team has the equipment and technology they need to provide excellent advanced health care.
The West Parry Sound Health Centre Foundation raises approximately $5 million a year with more than 65% of our donations from individuals and families who vacation in the West Parry Sound region. We are on a growth trajectory with a clear strategic direction.
Reporting to the CEO, the Operations Manager will work closely with the entire Foundation Team. The desire and ability to balance teamwork while achieving individual goals is essential.
